All of the properties listed on the site are houses that have already been foreclosed on.  This means that the property is currently owned by a financial institution or a government entity and available for you to purchase.

Who are we and why did we create this website?

We are Hendren Realty's REO Division, a full service real estate company.  We have created this website because our clients have complained that there is not one place to view all of the foreclosed properties in Alamance County.
